I was recently watching TV when a commercial for Utah's National Parks came on. I rarely watch TV, but this commercial totally gave me travel envy.
I've been to Salt Lake City and Park City before, but I have never visited Utah's national parks! I typically only have time for 3-4 day trips (unless I plan way in advance), so I am trying to decide if I should do Zion and Bryce or Arches and Canyonland. They both look incredible and have many options for adventure activities.
My guess is I will probably start with Zion and Bryce, since you can get there easily from Las Vegas, which is a very easy place to get to from Austin.
Even though I don't usually fall for advertisements, this one got me really excited about exploring more of the US and Utah. I have added it to my list along with these other US destinations: Vermont, New Mexico, Maine and Alaska.
We are so lucky to live in such a unique and diverse country and I can't wait to see it all!
